Soner Karagöz (born January 3, 1972 ) is a former Turkish boxer.

The 1.64 m tall bantamweight (up to 54 kg) won the Mediterranean Games in Athens in 1991 and the 1997 Mediterranean Games in Bari . At the World Championships in Budapest in 1997, he was only eliminated in the semi-finals against Waldemar Font from Cuba and won a bronze medal. He also won several international tournaments, including the 42nd Strandja tournament in Bulgaria in 1991 and the 10th Ahmet Cömert tournament in Turkey in 1995.

In 1996 he represented his home country in bantamweight at the Olympic Summer Games in Atlanta , where he was eliminated in the first fight against István Kovács from Hungary and thus finished 17th.
