Choi Chol-su (born December 1, 1969 ) is a former North Korean boxer .

At the 1991 World Cup in Sydney southpaw Choi finished second, he lost the final against the Hungarian István Kovács . In 1992 he first won the bronze medal at the Asian Championships in Bangkok and then defeated the World and European Champion Kovács during his participation in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and the Cuban Raúl González in the final and became Olympic flyweight champion. Choi was the second North Korean Olympic champion in boxing after Gu Yong-ju in 1976.

His amateur record was 200-10.

He later played three professional fights from 1996 to 1999.
