Ricardo Delgado Nogales (born July 13, 1947 in Mexico City ) is a retired Mexican boxer.

In 1966 Delgado won the silver medal in the flyweight (-51 kg) at the Central America and Caribbean Games . He won the same medal at the Pan American Games in 1967 behind Francisco Rodríguez . At the 1968 Olympic Games , Delgado reached the final after defeating Brendan McCarthy, Ireland (5-0), Tetsuaki Nakamura, Japan (5-0), and Servilio de Oliveira , Brazil (5-0). In this he faced the Polish Olympic runner-up from 1964, Artur Olech , whom he defeated with 5-0 referee votes and thus won the gold medal.

In 1969 Delgado turned pro, but had little success. Out of 30 fights he could only win 14, four ended in a draw. In 1972 and 1974 Delgado lost to later WBC world champion Miguel Canto and in 1973 to later WBA world champion Betulio Gonzalez.
