The Soultzbach (also Ruisseau le Soulzbach ) is a ten kilometer long right tributary of the Sauer in Alsace ( Grand Est region ).

The Soultzbach rises in two spring branches in the Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord in the Forêt de Katzenthal northwest of the hamlet of Soultzthal at the foot of the Lindenkopf . The main source load rises at a height of about 310  m and joins the right source branch after about 200 m. Another source brook joins them south of Soultzthal.

The combined stream first flows in a southeast direction, first past the Mittelkopf and then past the Steinkopf . To the north of the hollow stone it is fed on its right by a small mountain stream coming from Guensthal. The Soultzbach digs its way through a narrow, wooded valley on the eastern flank of the hollow stone and then reaches the Forêt Dominiale de Nonnenhardt , where it is dammed into two small ponds. It now flows through the Bois des Langensoultzbach and then passes the village of Langensoultzbach . At the end of the village south of the Schloßberg , the Atzenduerrenbach flows on his right side and then further down the stream at Muehlacker the Schletterbach flows towards it. The Soultzbach then squeezes through a valley between the roof Locher forest on the right and Staerbelswald on the left side, then reaches the flood plain of Sauer , passes under the D27 and finally opens at the northeast edge of Wœrth at an altitude of about 170  m from the right in the Sauer .

On the other side, a little further south, the Erdbachgraben flows into the Sauer.
