Sousceyrac ( Occitan : Soçairac ) is a village and a former French commune with 824 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lot department in the Occitania region . It was part of the canton of Cère et Ségala (until 2015: Canton of Sousceyrac ) in the arrondissement of Figeac . Sousceyrac is about 33 kilometers west-southwest of Aurillac .

With effect from January 1, 2016 , Sousceyrac merged with the municipalities of Calviac , Comiac , Lacam-d'Ourcet and Lamativie to form the Commune nouvelle Sousceyrac-en-Quercy and has since exercised the status of a Commune déléguée there.
