action

The young Miranda Hollander was just finishing her studies when she went to a party one evening. The next morning she is found slightly injured by a jogger in the forest. She was the only party guest who survived. In the hospital, she turns into an alien-like monster after an X-ray and runs amok. It is now clear that she also had something to do with the massacre at the party. Her uncle, Tom Hollander, who is a lecturer at the university she studies at, picks her up from the hospital and escapes with her to a former colleague in Mexico. On the drive, he explains to her that she is only half human. The other half is extraterrestrial. She was not his niece, but a gene experiment. Since she was now apparently sick, he took her to the colleague who was involved in her creation and who hopefully will be able to heal her. Miranda expresses a desire to later face the police about the murders.

Once in Mexico, the search for the scientist is rather problematic. Tom Hollander is first attacked by another alien mutant in a taxi. In the course of the fight, he sets the car on fire, causing the mutant severe burns, which he later apparently dies. The next day, the professor is attacked by a female alien mutant disguised as a nun, but barely escapes her. With the help of Miranda, who has now recovered a little, he finally tracks down his former colleague. He has set up an underground laboratory in which he continues to conduct experiments on alien-human hybrids. The mutant who attacked the professor the day before is apparently also a creation and sex toy of the scientist. When Tom Hollander asked why he wanted to kill him, he replied that he knew nothing and that his creatures probably acted on their own initiative.

Miranda's health report shows that she is not sick, but rather from old age. The only way to save their lives after all is by having to take another person's DNA to do so, which would result in death. Miranda asks her "uncle" not to kill anyone for her sake, but soon passes out. Your time is running out. At first Tom Hollander refuses, but then looks for a victim. A young woman who threatens and wants to rob him with a pistol is finally knocked down by the alien mutant and brought to the laboratory together. This is where the DNA transfer takes place and Miranda spins herself in a cocoon.

When Miranda breaks free, she is perfectly healthy. However, her personality has completely changed. Miranda has now become violent, aggressive and apparently also very cold-hearted. She escapes from the laboratory to mate with humans and give birth to more alien mutants. Tom Hollander and the scientist are chasing them. It is now clear to both of them that there is not much left of the actual Miranda and that her alien side now dominates. Starting with another hybrid that doesn't want to mate with her, Miranda causes a real bloodbath. The "nun" who blames Tom Hollander for the misery attacks him in a church and wants to kill him. But again he can escape. In the meantime, Miranda found Tom's friend who was hunting her. His attempt to stun her fails, and Miranda rapes and then kills him. Then she returns to the laboratory.

Tom Hollander has now also returned there. Likewise the mutant who has attacked him twice. Miranda - meanwhile heavily pregnant - and the other alien mutant fight a violent fight in which large parts of the facility are destroyed and both are fatally injured. Tom Hollander is also slightly injured in the fight. The lecturer gives his former colleague's mutant the fatal blow by shooting her. Miranda, dying, has regained her original personality. She tells her "uncle" that it is better that way and that he should end it for good. Shortly after she died, he opened the gas bottles in the laboratory and ran out of the building. When the gas has spread, he shoots into the building, the gas ignites, and there is a large explosion in which the entire laboratory is destroyed - and with it probably all records and experiments on the alien DNA. Tom Hollander leaves the site of the explosion.
