Helena Mattsson (born March 30, 1984 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish actress who lives and works in Hollywood .

Life

Mattsson was born in Stockholm and grew up there. After having early roles in cabaret theaters there, including Wild Side Story , she moved to London at a relatively young age to attend drama school. When she was 19, she finally settled in Hollywood . In 2006 Mattsson played the title role in the music video for the song Country Girl by the Scottish rock band Primal Scream . In 2007 she starred in Species IV - The Awakening . For four episodes she starred as Irina in the series Desperate Housewives . In 2010 she stood in front of the camera as The Blonde alongside Christian Slater and Gary Oldman in the Tex-Mex action film Guns and Girls , which is staged as a B-movie homage to the Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez flick From Dusk Till Dawn . In March 2012 she got the supporting role Alexis Blume in the thriller series 666 Park Avenue , which premiered on September 30, 2012.
