The Störmeder Bach is a flowing body of water in the Soest district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is the almost seventeen kilometer long left source stream of the Brandenbaumer Bach .

The Störmeder Bach has its source south of Störmede , a district of Geseke , and south of Erwitter Strasse (= Bundesstrasse 1 ). From there it flows north through Störmede and takes up the Westerschledde there. In the Stockheimer Bruch nature reserve (NSG) it takes up the Westerschledde and crosses under the state road L 749 east of Bönninghausen . In the NSG Osternheuland - In den Erlen it unites with the Geseker Bach to the Brandenbaumer Bach. This flows further north into the Lippe .
