Støvring is a place in the north of the Danish Jutland peninsula . It belongs to the municipality of Rebild in the Nordjylland region and has 8,554 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). From 1970 to 2006 Støvring was the seat of the administration of the municipality of Støvring , which was merged into the municipality of Rebild in 2007.

- Railway: Støvring station on the Aalborg to Randers line is served by Aalborg Nærbane .
- Road: Two motorway exits from the European route 45 , which crosses all of Jutland from the north ( Frederikshavn ) to the south (towards Flensburg ), are nearby: exit no. 30 ("Støvring Nord") and no. 31 ("Støvring Syd"). While the E 45 runs west of Støvring, the secondary route 180 (Aalborg – Randers) runs through the town in a north-south direction.
