In addition to St. Boniface became St. Liborius was chosen as the second patron saint of the church. Initially the church belonged to the parish of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus in Cremlingen. Architecture and equipment

The church, which is around 96 meters above sea level , has the shape of a fish , based on a design by students from the Hildesheim / Holzminden University of Applied Sciences . The way to the church entrance leads over a small watercourse which flows into a pond next to the church. Inside the church, too, some details are reminiscent of a fish.

The Brunswick architects Uwe Höltje and Rolf Möhring realized the design. The building material, outside and inside, is predominantly wood, in some areas also unplastered masonry . The church has about 70 seats, daylight falls into the church through the windows above and next to the chancel. The tower that forms the sanctuary is surmounted by a cross. The facilities include 15 stations of the cross , a statue of St. Maria and an organ . Furthermore, since 2014 the statue of St. Therese von Lisieux , who was previously in the profaned Cremlinger church. A group room adjoins the worship room, which can be opened to the worship room.
