St. Georg (Kirchstockach)
The Catholic branch church of St. Georg in Kirchstockach , a district of the municipality of Brunnthal in the Upper Bavarian district of Munich , was built around 1630 and rebuilt after a fire in 1833.
The single-aisled hall building with a choir closed on five sides under a needle cap barrel and a wooden roof turret from 1871 is dedicated to St. George . Glass paintings from 1925 depicting the Heart of Jesus and the Heart of Mary can be seen in the choir windows .
The fresco in the nave, presumably from the 19th century, depicts the coronation of Mary . The high altar in classicist forms was created in 1833.
