The Konstanz Public Prosecutor's Office is the law enforcement agency responsible for the district of the Konstanz Regional Court .

In accordance with the jurisdiction of the District Court of Constance, the district of the public prosecutor's office includes the districts of the district courts of Donaueschingen , Konstanz , Radolfzell , Singen , Stockach , Überlingen and Villingen-Schwenningen . Around 580,000 citizens live in the area of ​​responsibility. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Konstanz reports to the General Public Prosecutor's Office in Karlsruhe (Section 147 GVG ). The public prosecutor's office is housed in three historic buildings in Konstanz.
