Stanisław Dowlaszewicz Billman OFMConv (born September 20, 1957 in Podworance , Hrodsenskaja Woblasz , Belarus ) is auxiliary bishop in Santa Cruz de la Sierra .
Life
Stanisław Dowlaszewicz Billman joined the religious order of the Minorites . The Bishop of Łódź , Józef Rozwadowski , ordained him a priest on June 2, 1984 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Tigimma and auxiliary bishop in Santa Cruz de la Sierra on December 21, 2000 . He was ordained episcopal by the Archbishop of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Julio Cardinal Terrazas Sandoval CSsR , on March 13, 2001; Co- consecrators were Józef Wesołowski , Apostolic Nuncio in Bolivia , and Jan Kazimierz Wilk OFMConv, Bishop of Formosa . As a motto he chose Sólo el amor crea .
