Starowiriwka ( Ukrainian Старовірівка ; Russian Староверовка Starowerowka ) is a village in the west of the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 3500 inhabitants (2004).
The village was founded in 1733 is the administrative center of the eponymous district municipality in the south of Rajon Nowa Wodolaha on the shores of km² to 1.32 big Starowiriwske Reservoir ( Старовірівське водосховище ) accumulated, Berestowenka ( Берестовенька ; river system of Oril ).
Territorial road T-21-20 runs through the village, which is 32 km south of the Nova Wodolaha district center and 77 km southeast of the Kharkiv oblast center .
To district municipality Starowiriwka, which has a total of about 4800 inhabitants and an area of 203.77 square kilometers, yet the villages are Djatschkiwka ( Дячківка ⊙ ) with about 210 inhabitants, Murawlynka ( Муравлинка ⊙ ) with about 190 inhabitants, and Rakiwka ( Раківка ⊙ ) with about 40 inhabitants, as well as the settlement Palatky ( Палатки ⊙ ) with about 860 inhabitants.
