Stefania LaVie Owen

Stefania LaVie Owen (born December 15, 1997 in Miami , Florida ) is an American actress . Owen became best known in 2013 as Dorrit Bradshaw in the television series The Carrie Diaries .

life and career

Owen was born in Miami , Florida, the daughter of an American and a New Zealander. From the age of five, she grew up in New Zealand near the capital Wellington .

Owen made her film debut in 2009 as a child actress in Peter Jackson's drama In My Heaven in the role of Flora Hernandez . From 2010 to 2011 she was seen as Puddle Kadubic in the comedy series Running Wilde . In 2012 she got the role of Dorrit Bradshaw in the television series The Carrie Diaries , a prequel to Sex and the City .

In 2015 she had a bigger role in the horror comedy Krampus , as well as a year later in Katie Holmes ' directorial debut Alles was wir haben als their film daughter. From 2016 she belonged on the side u. a. from Hugh Laurie to cast the television series Chance , based on the novel by Kem Nunn .
