Stefanie Schuster (born April 19, 1969 in Oberstdorf , Germany ) is a former Austrian ski racer from Riezlern , Vorarlberg .

Schuster was one of the most successful all-rounders in the 1990s. In all disciplines she was able to classify herself among the top 10. As a speed specialist, she achieved podium places in the Super-G and in the downhill . Furthermore, she reached fourth places in the alpine combination and in the giant slalom .

She celebrated her greatest success at the 1999 World Cup in Vail . Behind her teammates Renate Götschl and Michaela Dorfmeister , she won the bronze medal in the downhill. At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , she narrowly missed a medal as fourth in the combination.

After the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , she announced her resignation.
