Stefano Donagrandi
Stefano Donagrandi (born September 1, 1976 in Brescia ) is an Italian speed skater and Olympic champion .
He has been a member of the Italian national team since 1997 and took part in the Olympic Games in 2002 and 2006 ; As a single starter, he was only able to place between 13th and 24th place in five starts, but he won gold in the team pursuit with the Italian team in 2006 . His best individual discipline is the 1500 m course, where he was able to place himself in the top 20 of the World Cup several times ; he celebrated his only World Cup victory in the 2004/05 team pursuit. In addition, he was Italian runner-up in the all-round competition three times from 1999 to 2003, but in the World Cup he was regularly part of the B starter group.
