Stephan Quensel

Stephan Quensel (born May 14, 1936 in Heidelberg ) is a German lawyer and criminologist . Until his retirement (2002), Quensel was a professor at the chair for rehabilitation and rehabilitation in the sociology course at the University of Bremen . Main areas of work: Social control and deviant behavior - theory and history; especially drugs , prisons and psychiatry. He is a member of the Schildower Kreis , an expert network that argues against drug prohibition .
