Stephen Tjephe
Stephen Tjephe (born August 1, 1955 in Danoku ) is a Myanmar clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Loikaw .
Life
Stephen Tjephe was ordained a priest on March 28, 1984 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on June 19, 2009 titular bishop of Nova Barbara and auxiliary bishop in Loikaw. The Apostolic Nuncio in Thailand , Singapore and Cambodia and Apostolic Delegate in Myanmar , Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio , donated him episcopal ordination on November 21 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Sotero Phamo , Bishop of Loikaw, and Matthias U Shwe , Archbishop of Taunggyi .
With the resignation Bishop Sotero Phamos on April 26, 2014 Pope named him Francis for the duration of Sedisvakanz the Apostolic Administrator of Loikaw. On November 15 of the same year he was appointed Bishop of Loikaw.
