Steven Biegler
Steven Robert Biegler (born March 22, 1959 in Mobridge , South Dakota , United States ) is an American clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Cheyenne .
Life
Steven Biegler received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Rapid City on July 9, 1993 through Bishop Charles Joseph Chaput OFMCap .
On March 16, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Cheyenne. The Archbishop of Denver , Samuel Joseph Aquila , ordained him episcopal on June 5 of that year . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Anchorage , his predecessor Paul Dennis Etienne , and the Bishop of Rapid City, Robert Dwayne Gruss .
