The defender has been playing for Vålerenga Oslo in the Norwegian first division since 2018 and played an international match with the Danish national team in 2012 and 2013 . She was in the squad for the 2017 European Women's Football Championship , but was not used there. Since January 2019 she has been used regularly in the national team again.

societies

Pedersen played for IK Skovbakken since 2012. With the club, she finished third in the 3F Ligaen as the best place in the 2013/14 and 2015/16 seasons, which was not enough for participation in the UEFA Women's Champions League . In the cup competition, she was always eliminated with IK in the quarter-finals. In 2013 she was named Danish “Talent of the Year”. After five years in Skovbakken, she moved to VSK Aarhus in the summer of 2017, but left Aarhus at the beginning of the Norwegian season 2018 and went to Vålerenga Oslo . After finishing sixth in 2018, the 2019 season was finished as runner-up, the best position so far for Vålerenga.

National teams

On March 3 and 5, 2009, she had her first appearance in the Danish U-17 team in two friendly matches against Sweden, which ended 0: 4 and 2: 1. At the end of March it was used in two of the three games in the second qualifying round for the 2009 U-17 European Championship . The Danes could not qualify as third party for the final round. At the end of June / beginning of July, she took part with the U-16 team in the Nordic Cup in Sweden , in which they only finished last.

In October 2009 she took part with the U-17 team in the first qualifying round for the U-17 European Championship 2010 , which the Danes successfully finished as sixth-best group runner-up. In the second qualifying round in April 2010, the Danes failed against later European champions Spain. In July she took part in the Nordic Cup again with the U-16 team, this time in her home country. In October 2010 and April 2011, she then took part in both qualifying rounds for the 2011 U-17 European Championship . While they finished the first round at a tournament in Hungary with three wins as group winners and they scored their first international goal in a 6-0 win against Moldova, they could not use their home advantage in the second round and lost the last decisive game against Germany with 0: 3. This was their last game for the U-17 team.

On August 23 and 25, 2011, she played her first two games for the U-19 team in Switzerland, which ended 3-0 and 0-2 against the Swiss. In September she took part with the team in the first qualifying round for the U-19 European Championship 2012 , which they successfully completed with three wins at a tournament in Latvia . In the second qualifying round in Serbia in April 2012 , they finished second behind the home team, but were still qualified for the finals as the best runner-up in the group. At the finals in Turkey they survived the group stage with three 1-0 wins, but then lost 3-1 in the semi-finals against eventual European champions Sweden. The qualification for the U-19 European Championship 2013 was also successful and in the 5-0 win against Slovakia on October 22, 2012 in the first qualifying round, she scored her only international goals to date. In 2013, she took part in a U-19 European Championship finals for the second time. In Wales , however, they could only win the first game against the hosts, but lost the other two group games against England and France, so that they were eliminated as third in the group. This ended her time as a junior national player, in which she had made a total of 61 appearances.

She made her first appearance in the senior national team on December 16, 2012 when she came on as a substitute for Christina Ørntoft in the group game at the four-nation tournament in Brazil against the hosts in the second half . But she had to wait eleven months for her next appearance: In the third qualifying game for the 2015 World Cup against Malta , she was in the starting line-up, but was replaced after an hour. Then she came again in a game of the U-23 team, which was won on August 10, 2016 against Finland with 5: 1.

In June 2017, however, she was nominated for the 2017 European Championship finals . But it was not used there. It was only reinstated in January 2019 and then in all games of the year. In the European Championship qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina , she also scored her first international goal on October 4.
