Stork Heinar
Storch Heinar is a fashion label that the Jusos Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania operate as a satirical confrontation with the clothing brand Thor Steinar . The Jusos project Endstation Rechts sells textile items under the Storch Heinar brand as a parody in the form of a corruption of the Thor Steinar brand, which is popular with right-wing extremists . The proceeds from the sale of clothing flow into the editorial work against right-wing extremism, according to Endstation Rechts. The project arose out of a red wine round in which Mathias Brodkorb , Annette Gork, Georg Horcher and Sven Klüsener (the latter is considered to be the creator of the name “Storch Heinar”) took part.
symbolism
The satirical allusion by Storch Heinar is not limited to clothing styles and the imprinted symbolism, but also includes terms and ways of thinking associated with right-wing extremism:
Heinar is a fictional Storch , who in a " frog meat - intolerance " suffers and a taste for eggnog has. He appears with a steel helmet , parting and a Hitler mustache and also plays with things known from Adolf Hitler and National Socialism . After the process decided in favor of Storch Heinar about the risk of confusion with the Thor Steinar brand , the stork announced, for example:
"I have just crushed my opponent in the Nuremberg fashion criminal trial."
He was referring to the Nuremberg war crimes trials and the warlike rhetoric widespread in right-wing extremism . The stork Heinar describes itself as "Grömaz" - an acronym for large ßter M odedesigner a serial Z nits - a reference to Hitler, who as Gröfaz was ridiculed. On T-shirts and sweatshirts neo-Nazi slogans are often corruptions printed as "marching Here the national livestock" (with pictures of cow, duck and deer), which on the right slogan "marched Here the national resistance " alludes. These products are referred to by the label as "Anti- Anti-Antifa -Demo-Kluft".
In 2011 the book Mein Krampf was published by Storch Heinar , which in 18 chapters on 88 pages is a parody of neo-Nazi number symbolism and Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf .
Litigation
Thor Steinar filed a lawsuit against the SPD member of the state parliament Mathias Brodkorb . The Endstation Rechts initiative , which he co-founded and which is also the sponsor of the Storch Heinar project, then launched “Rescuer” T-shirts with the inscription World War Loser Winner since 1945 on the market to finance litigation costs . The imprint is intended to refer to the National Socialists defeated in World War II . It goes back to FC St. Pauli , which printed T-shirts with the words Weltpokalsieger-Besieger in 2001 after a victory in the Bundesliga against FC Bayern Munich .
The Landgericht Nürnberg-Fürth dismissed on 11 August 2010, the suit a large extent. There is no risk of confusion between Storch Heinar and the Thor Steinar brand ; in addition, "a possible trademark or competition violation as a satirical argument with the plaintiff's trademarks of the fundamental rights of freedom of expression ( Art. 5 (1) GG ) and artistic freedom (Art. 5 para. 3 GG) ".
