The Strombach is an 8.3 km long orographically right tributary of the Agger in Gummersbach , North Rhine-Westphalia ( Germany ).

The source of the stream stream lies on the northern outskirts of Gummeroth at an altitude of 354  m above sea level. NN (7 ° 31'14 E, 51 ° 2'23 "N). From here the creek meanders mainly in a southerly direction through the villages of Gummeroth, Strombach , Hardt-Hanfgarten and Liefenroth around Vollmerhausen at 168  m above sea level to flow into the Agger .

On its 8.3 km long path, the Strombach overcomes 186 meters of altitude, which corresponds to an average bottom gradient of 22.4 ‰.
