Suburban Shootout is a satirical comedy series from England. The series is produced by Feelgood Productions in association with Oxygen and Paramount Comedy . Two seasons were produced and first broadcast on the British channel Channel Five . The first season consists of eight episodes of 30 minutes each and was broadcast in 2006, the second season has six episodes, each 30 minutes running, but which was shown on Five 2007 in three episodes of 60 minutes each.
From January 16, 2007, the first season of the series was broadcast on the German station Comedy Central , and from January 12, 2010 on Arte (for the first time also the second season on German television).

Joyce Hazeldine moves to the beautiful suburb of Little Stempington with her husband Jeremy. She soon realizes that two groups of housewives are fighting a fierce battle in the suburbs. Now both fronts are trying to pull Joyce to their side.

The producers of the series were awarded the Golden Nymph at the Monte-Carlo TV Festival 2007.
Trivia
- Joyce Hazeldine's car was originally intended to be a Renault Twingo , but since none could be found, a Fiat Panda was chosen as the replacement.
- Little Stempington's town sign only appears in the first four episodes because screenwriter Roger Becket stole it from the set. It is currently under his bed in his house.
- Most of the filming took place in Pinner , London .
