Sun Fajing ( Chinese  孙 发 京 , Pinyin Sūn Fājīng ; born October 3, 1996 in Shanxi ) is a Chinese tennis player .

Career

Sun mainly plays tournaments on the Future and Challenger Tour. So far he has won a single and three double titles on the Future Tour. In October 2017 he celebrated his first success on the Challenger Tour when he won the double competition in Suzhou together with Gao Xin .

In 2016 he made his debut on the ATP World Tour when he entered Chengdu with a wildcard in double field . At He Yecong's side , he lost the opening match against eventual tournament winners Raven Klaasen and Rajeev Ram in straight sets. A year later, Sun received another wild card for the tournament in Chengdu . With his partner Tergel he lost again in the first round against the duo Santiago González and Nenad Zimonjić . In both singles and doubles, he has already made it into the top 500 in the world rankings .
