Sun Yi (General)
Sun Yi was an official and general of Eastern Wu to the Three Kingdoms period .
He was the youngest of Sun Shao’s three sons , Sun Ces’s adopted son . Sun Yi served as Wuling's Grand Administrator. When the Shu -Oberbefehlshaber Jiang Wei in 263 by Wei Troops under Deng Ai was attacked, Sun Yi and attracted Ding Feng in order to support him. When it became clear that Shu could not win this war, Sun Yi decided to take the eastern Shu cities for Wu, but was defeated by Deng Ai and had to withdraw.
