The planned opening was postponed from 1996 to 1997 due to problems. This track has two identical tracks parallel to each other, which means that they could also be counted as two roller coasters. The cars were accelerated forward until 2010. After a conversion and renaming to Superman: Escape from Krypton, the car will be accelerated backwards in one lane from 2011.
Superman and Tower of Terror II in Dreamworld Park ( Australia ) are the only roller coasters of this model ever built.

The car is accelerated (backwards since 2011) from the station using LSM from 0 to 161 km / h within 7 seconds. Then the train travels vertically up a 126.5 m high tower. Due to the speed, however, it only reaches a height of around 100 m. During the ascent and descent in the vertical, passengers feel the feeling of weightlessness , the so-called airtime, for 6.5 seconds . When the train reaches the acceleration section again, it is slowed down slowly by the same motors that originally accelerated it until it comes to a standstill in the station.
