Susi Juvan

Susi Juvan (born February 5, 1952 in Ebersbach-Musbach ) is a German artist .

Life

Born in Ebersbach-Musbach, Upper Swabia , in the Ravensburg district , she studied drawing, painting and design at Pasadena City College, Los Angeles County , from 1968 to 1972 . The study at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe branch Freiburg she ended 1978 as a master student of Peter Dreher .

Juvan lives and works in Freiburg and Basel .

style

At first, Juvan painted large-format pictures in egg tempera , later switched to a mixed technique of oil and acrylic paint and, more recently, has preferred to paint with acrylic paint.
