Suzie LeBlanc

Suzie LeBlanc (* 1961 in Edmundston , New Brunswick ) is a Canadian soprano . She is particularly dedicated to early music .

Suzie LeBlanc sings operas, oratorios and chamber music. She was often accompanied on the lute by Stephen Stubbs . She has performed with the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra , the Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra & Choir and the Musica Antiqua Cologne . Her repertoire includes Claudio Monteverdi's L'Orfeo and works by Henry Purcell . She sang on tour in North America, Europe and Japan. In Canada she founded the Le Nouvel Opéra .
