Sven Lõhmus (born July 13, 1972 ) is an Estonian music producer , songwriter, singer and arranger . He is the managing director of the Estonian company TopTen .

Sven Lõhmus has worked with numerous successful Estonian bands such as Vanilla Ninja , Suntribe and Urban Symphony . He was also a singer in the groups Mr. Happyman and Black Velvet . For Vanilla Ninja he produced the debut album Vanilla Ninja , which reached number one in Estonia and sold more than 337,000 copies.

Songs composed and written by Lõhmus are regularly featured in the Estonian preliminary round of the Eurovision Song Contest . At the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kiev , his song Let's Get Loud was eliminated in the semi-finals. At the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow he was represented with his song Rändajad and thus took 6th place. On February 26, 2011, Lõhmus' song Rockefeller Street , sung by Getter Jaani , was chosen as the Estonian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf . The song was able to successfully qualify in the second semifinals on May 12th for the final broadcast on May 14th and finally finished 24th out of 25 places with a total of 44 points. He also produced her debut album, Rockefeller Street . In 2013 the song "Pästke Noored Hinged", which he composed, was sung by Grete Paia at the Eesti Laul , but only came second behind Birgit Õigemeel with 49% of the votes.

The Estonian contribution to the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 , Verona , also comes from him.
