Sybille Schönberger

Sybille Schönberger (* 1977 in Frankfurt am Main as Sybille Milde ) is a German cook .

Live and act

Sybille Schönberger grew up in Bad Vilbel . From 1994 she first attended a technical college for economics and administration and in 1995 began an apprenticeship as a cook at the “Arabella Congress Hotel” in Frankfurt am Main. From 1998 she worked at the Kempinski Hotel in Gravenbruch, initially as Commis de Cuisine and from 2000 as Chef de Partie .

In 2001 Schönberger became Chef de Partie in the “Hessler” restaurant in Maintal , which has been awarded a Michelin star without interruption since 1979 . In 2004 she became head chef. Under her management, the restaurant received another Michelin star in 2005.

Schönberger has been featured in several magazines such as Manager Magazin and Cosmopolitan and has appeared as a cook in television programs such as Johannes B. Kerner ( ZDF ), Lanz kocht! (ZDF), the Kocharena ( VOX ) and at home & on the go ( WDR ) on and as a show cook on board the cruise ship Albatros in the documentary series Crazy About the Sea ( ARD ). She was a juror in the Küchenschlacht (ZDF) and MasterChef ( Sky 1 ).

Sybille Schönberger married the cook Daniel Schönberger in 2006 and is the mother of two sons.
