Tõnis Uiboupin (born October 7, 1988 ) is an Estonian biathlete .

Tõnis Uiboupin took part for the first time at the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2005 in Kontiolahti in an international championship in which he missed the pursuit race by two places as 62nd of the sprint. It took two years before the Estonian competed again in a Junior World Championship in Martell and was 74th of the individual, qualified as 59th of the sprint for the pursuer, but did not finish as a lapped runner. This was followed later in the year by the 2007 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Otepää , where Uiboupin took part in the junior races on roller skis. In the sprint, he finished 38th. At the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2008 in Ruhpolding he was 63rd of the individual and again missed the pursuit race as 66th by several places, at the Biathlon European Championships 2008 a little later in Nové Město na Moravě he was 59th of the individual and 67th in the juniors . of the sprint.
