The Turkey Courier is a German-Turkish business newspaper from Istanbul . The Turkish journalist Erdoğan Olcayto was the long-time editor of the newspaper, which was initially published monthly in Bonn from 1985 onwards . Publishing company

In 1988 Turkey-Kurier Verlagsgesellschaft mbH was founded in Bonn to publish the newspaper . Ismail Hakki Akduman was initially the managing director. In 1990 he was replaced by Helga Josefine Schütz. This in turn passed the management on to Hans-Jürgen Plump in 1991. In 1997 the company was officially deleted.

The editor was initially the Turkish journalist and Hürriyet representative in Bonn, Erdoğan Olcayto (1931–2012). In 1992 the paper moved to Istanbul. In 2009 it was transferred to the Euroturk Group.

The newspaper is currently based in the district of Göztepe in the municipality of Kadıköy in the Turkish province of Istanbul with delivery instructions for the Turkish global consulting and service company EUROTURK Danismanlik A.Ş.

The editorial staff for the newspaper are: Merve Sipahioğlu for Turkey and Murat Tunakan for Germany (as of 2013).

Others

In 1987 and 1989 the newspaper was a partner of the German Economic Exhibition in Istanbul.
