The tennis and ice skating club Waldau eV is a sports club from Stuttgart . It was founded on February 28, 1919.
The men's tennis team played in 1973, 1975 to 1977 and 1979-1994 in the 1st Bundesliga . In 1988 the team, in which Carl-Uwe Steeb also played, became the German men's runner-up. The tennis women have been playing in the 1st Bundesliga since 2004 (except in 2015) . In 2005 the team became German women's tennis champions.
TEC Waldau built the Waldau ice sports center in 1961 . The open-air stadium was taken over by the city of Stuttgart in 1962 and is still the only ice rink in Stuttgart today - now covered under the name Eiswelt Stuttgart .

The club has four departments: the tennis department, consisting of amateur and professional athletes and three ice sports departments:
- Ice and figure skating department ,
- Ice cream and roll dance department ,
- Stuttgart curling at the TEC Waldau.
The tennis department is managed directly by the club's board, while the ice sports departments are self-administered, unregistered clubs.

At least 1962 and 1963 , the TEC ice hockey team became champions of the Württemberg regional league. In the qualifying games for the group league (third division), she was subject to the representatives of Bavaria.
