Takayuki Isobe
Takayuki Isobe ( Japanese 磯 辺 隆 之 , Isobe Takayuki; born June 1, 1959 ) is a former Japanese sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1981 he won the Asian Athletics Championships with his personal best of 46.72 m. At the Athletics World Cup in Rome , he was ninth both in the individual competition and with the Asian team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
He graduated from Tsukuba University .
