Yousef Ahmed Masrahi ( Arabic يوسف أحمد مسرحي; * December 31, 1989 in Najran ) is a Saudi Arabian athlete who specializes in the 400-meter run .

At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 , the sprinter failed in the preliminary run.

In 2010 he won bronze over 400 meters and gold in the 4 x 400 meters relay at the Asian Games in Guangzhou . A year later he won the 2011 Asian Athletics Championships over 400 m and took silver with the Saudi relay.

At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, he reached the semifinals.

In 2013 he defended his title over 400 m at the Asian Championships and won the Saudi 4 x 400 meter relay. At the World Cup in Moscow he was sixth in the individual competition and was eliminated in the run-up to the season. The following year, on July 3, in Lausanne , he set an Asian record with 44.43 seconds, came third at the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech and won gold over 400 m and bronze in the 4 x 400 meters at the Asian Games in Incheon -Season.

2015 followed silver medals over 400 m and in the 4 x 400 m relay at the Asian Championships an eighth place over 400 m at the World Championships in Beijing . In the run-up he improved his Asian record from the previous year by half a second.

A week before the 2016 Olympics, it was revealed that he had tested positive for EPO on a doping control and he was banned for four years.
