The Tardes is a river in France that runs in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the north-eastern tip of the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park , in the municipality of Basville . The Tardes generally drains in a northerly direction and flows 77 kilometers into the Barrage de Rochebut , in the municipality of Budelière, as a left tributary into the Cher .
