Tatiana Alexandrovna Nerosnak ( Russian Татьяна Александровна Нерознак , English transcription Tatiana Alexandrovna Neroznak; born February 18, 1992 ) is a Kazakh athlete who specializes in middle-distance running and also competes in the obstacle course .

Athletic career

Tatjana Nerosnak gained her first international experience at the 2013 Asian Championships in Pune , where she finished tenth over 1500 meters. In 2014 she won the bronze medal at the Asian Indoor Championships in Hangzhou in 2: 14.61 minutes. Two years later she won the bronze medal in the 800-meter run again at the Asian Indoor Championships in Doha in 2: 06.32 minutes. In 2017 she took part in the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar , where she finished sixth over 800 and 1500 meters. In 2018 she took part in the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran , where she won the gold medal over 3000 meters in 9: 33.65 minutes with a new championship record. In addition, she won the silver medal over 1500 meters behind the Sri Lankan Gayanthika Abeyrathne .

At the Asian Championships in Doha she finished seventh over 1500 meters in 4: 21.48 minutes and was eleventh in the obstacle course with a new national record of 10: 25.56 minutes.

Nerosnak became the Kazakh champion over 1500 meters in 2015, over 5000 meters in 2016 and over 800 meters in 2017. In 2019 she again secured the 1500 and 5000 meter titles. In addition, she was indoor champion over 1500 and 3000 meters in 2018 and 2020 and again over 3000 meters and 2000 meters in 2019.
