Tatyana Sergeevna Kosheleva ( Russian Татьяна Сергеевна Кошелева , English transcription: Tatiana Sergeevna Kosheleva ; born December 23, 1988 in Minsk , Belarusian SSR ) is a Russian volleyball player .

Career

Koschelewa started her career in 2005 at VK Dynamo Moscow . With the Russian offspring, she reached the final of the U18 World Cup in the same year. In 2007 she became Russian champion with Dynamo. On June 28 of the same year, the outside attacker made her debut in the senior national team . She then moved to VK Saretschje Odintsowo . With the new club, she won the league title again in 2008 and also made it to the Champions League final against Pallavolo Sirio Perugia . 2009 Koschelewa was runner-up with Odintsovo. The national team also finished second in the Grand Prix . In 2010 the outside attacker achieved the next success in the Russian championship in the club. With Russia, she became world champion in Japan by beating Brazil in the final . In the 2010/11 season she played for VK Dynamo Kazan and was also Russian champions with the new club. Then she moved to VK Dynamo Krasnodar . In London, Koschelewa took part in the 2012 Olympic Games and finished fifth with the Russian team, which had to admit defeat to the Brazilians in the quarter-finals. After the tournament she returned to Kazan, but in early 2013 she rejoined her home club Dynamo Moscow. In September 2013 Koschelewa was awarded the national team European champion in Germany and Switzerland and as the most valuable player (MVP) of the tournament. Two years later , she managed to defend the title both with her team and individual players.

On May 25, 2017, Galatasaray announced the signing of Koschelewa.

Private

Tatiana Koschelewa has been married since November 2011. She lives in Krasnodar and Kaliningrad .
