The Team AG Nürnberg (proper spelling Team Bank ) is an in Nuremberg -based financial institution , sold under the brand easy credit installment loans and a consumer finance function for credit cards ( easy credit reserve fund sold). The company also offers the installment purchase by easyCredit product, a partial payment solution for e-commerce and at the point of sale. The cooperative banks in Germany are an essential sales channel , which is run in-house as partner banking. EasyCredit can currently be taken out at 88% of the cooperative banks. The internet is also used as a sales channel.
history
The Franken WKV Bank and the Hanseatische Kreditbank were founded in 1950 as the first forerunners of the Teambank . On August 16, 1954, Noris Kaufhilfe , also a forerunner of the team bank , opened its doors for the first time in Nuremberg. Noris Kaufhilfe changed its company to Noris Bank in 1968 . The North German partial payment bank founded in Hamburg changed its name to a consumer bank . In 1984 the Noris Bank merged with the consumer bank to form Noris consumer bank . On April 9, 1998, Norisbank AG was created through the merger of Franken WKV Bank with Noris Consumer Bank . The Franken WKV Bank had previously integrated the Kreditbank Mainz, the Hanseatische Kreditbank and the Kreditbank Kiel. Some forerunner institutes used methods that are known today as direct or online banking early on.
On October 1, 2003, DZ Bank became a new major shareholder. Norisbank AG thus became a member of the DZ Bank Group and thus of the cooperative financial network. At the end of 2006 the branches, customer relationships and the brand name “norisbank” were transferred to Süddeutsche Bank GmbH , a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank . In the course of this acquisition, Süddeutsche Bank was renamed Norisbank GmbH , Frankfurt am Main. On January 19, 2007, the former Norisbank AG was renamed Teambank AG Nuremberg .
On May 20, 2008, Teambank expanded its business area to Austria , where the easyCredit product is available online and in the branches of the various partner banks as the fair credit .

Products
The main product is easyCredit. In its product advertising, the team bank attaches particular importance to possible redemptions and special repayments at any time , which, however, is largely possible with every installment loan under the Consumer Credit Act . In 2008 the easyCredit was certified by TÜV-Süd according to the testing organization's own criteria. On the team bank homepage this is sometimes referred to as the TÜV seal, in order to use a positive connection to the sovereign task of the TÜV organizations with regard to the general inspection of motor vehicles.
Commitment and sponsorship
- EasyCredit has been sponsoring the Nuremberg-based German Academy for Football Culture since 2005 .
- From March 2006 to June 2012, the 1. FC Nürnberg venue was called “ easyCredit-Stadion ”.
- From the beginning of February 2007 to the end of 2017, a lecture hall in the Faculty of Economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg was named "easyCredit Hörsaal". Since 2018 it has been called "TeamBank-Hörsaal". The lecture hall in the new university building with almost 400 seats is one of the most modern in Germany.
- EasyCredit has been the namesake and strategic partner of the easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga since the 2016/17 season .
