Tequila & the Sunrise Gang (TATSG) is an 8-piece band from the Kiel area . The style of music is a mix of the genres Ska-Punk , Rock and Reggae .
history
Tequila & the Sunrise Gang was founded in 2001 in Schönberg in Schleswig-Holstein . At first she mainly focused on cover versions . After the first self-recorded and produced demo CD in 2004, A Four Leafed Clover in a Freezing Compartment , the band expanded to include a brass trio in 2006 and in the same year followed the first professionally produced album with Motion Picture Soundtrack . In 2008 the band released their third work with Coloradio . Appearances as opening act for bands like Santiano , Mad Caddies , Panteón Rococó and Flogging Molly followed.
Since 2013 the band has performed annually at the Jamel Rocks the Förster Festival .
