The Beast in Kings Island ( Mason , Ohio , USA ) is a wooden roller coaster designed by Charlie Dinn that opened on April 14, 1979. Currently (as of December 2019) it is the longest wooden roller coaster in the world.

The route, constructed by the designers Al Collins and Jeff Gramke , is equipped with two lift hills : a 34 m high with a 41 m high descent and one with a 43 m high descent of 18 °, as well as a 540 ° helix in one of the three tunnels .

Trains

The Beast owns three Philadelphia Toboggan Coasters trains with six cars each. Six people (three rows of two people) can be seated in each car. The passengers must be at least 1.22 m tall to be allowed to ride.
