Break Up - Naked Fear ( Break Up ) is an American thriller directed by Paul Marcus from the year 1998 .

Deaf Jimmy Dade is abused by her husband Frankie. She steals small sums of money from him, which she pays into a savings account.

One day Jimmy goes to her sister's house to help her fix the oven. Frankie calls there and wants Jimmy to pick him up at a bar. When she walks into the bar, Frankie has already left. A woman overhears Jimmy asking for Frankie and wants Jimmy to give Frankie her phone number. The woman only finds out from the barman that she was talking to Frankie's wife.

Frankie makes a scene to his wife at home and asks her what she was doing. He is dragging her through the house. When she mentions the woman in the bar, Frankie pushes Jimmy off the stairs. She only wakes up in the hospital.

When a cremated body is found in her husband's car, she is identified as Frankie. Jimmy is interrogated by officers John Box and Andrew Ramsey; she is suspected of murder. Your sister is found murdered.

Jimmy escapes and withdraws the balance from the savings book. She is hiding in a hotel in the desert. It is later revealed that Frankie is alive. He murdered her sister. Jimmy makes short work of him.
