Theodore G. Soderberg

Theodore Soderberg (born Theodore George Soderberg , also known as Ted Soderberg; born January 8, 1923 in Los Angeles , California ; † November 15, 2012 ) was an American sound engineer .

Life

Theodore Soderberg was born in Los Angeles, California in 1923. From 1970 to 1986 he was responsible for the sound of around 80 films, including well-known works such as Vanishing Point San Francisco , Focal Point Brooklyn , The Journey to Hell of Poseidon and Norma Rae . He has been nominated five times for the Oscar and twice for the BAFTA .

Theodore Soderberg died on November 15, 2012 at the age of 89.
