Theophilus London Musa (* 23. February 1987 in Trinidad ) is an American rap - and hip-hop - musician and producer from Brooklyn , New York .

biography

Theophilus was born in Trinidad on February 23, 1987 . A year later, he and his family moved to the United States and grew up in the Brooklyn borough of New York . His conclusion he made in 2006 at the Pocono Mountain East High School, located in the northeastern US state of Pennsylvania is located.

Music career

In 2007 Theophilus began working with the New York label Normrex . It was at this time that his first free mixtapes were created. In 2011 he released his first EP Lovers Holiday under the Reprise label , as well as his first album Timez Are Weird These Days .

The remix of his 2011 song Wine & Chocolate by the German DJ duo Andhim hit the German and Austrian charts in early 2013 .

In 2013 Theophilus worked with musicians such as Drake , Kanye West , Travis Scott , Brodinski and Dev Hynes, among others . He toured with Seeed in 2013 , where he was the support act.

London released its second album in 2014 called Vibes .

Fashion scene

With his prominence in the music scene, attention in the fashion world also grew. Theophilus London not only collaborated as a designer with Del Toro Shoes, but also modeled for Karl Lagerfeld , Chanel , Tommy Hilfiger , Nike and Vogue , among others .
