Thorigny-sur-le-Mignon is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Val-du-Mignon with 100 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ).

The municipality of Thorigny-sur-le-Mignon was merged with Priaires and Usseau to form the Commune nouvelle Val-du-Mignon on January 1, 2019 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Thorigny-sur-le-Mignon belonged to the Arrondissement of Niort and the canton of Mignon-et-Boutonne (until 2015 Beauvoir-sur-Niort ).

The Commune déléguée Thorigny-sur-le-Mignon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Usseau in the north and north-west, Plaine-d'Argenson in the east and north-east, Dœuil-sur-le-Mignon in the south and Priaires in the west.
