Doeuil-sur-le-Mignon is a French municipality with 338 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Jean-d'Angély and is part of the canton of Saint-Jean-d'Angély (until 2015: canton of Loulay ). The inhabitants are called Dœuillois .

Dœuil-sur-le-Mignon is located about 50 kilometers east-southeast of La Rochelle in the Saintonge am Mignon . Dœuil-sur-le-Mignon is surrounded by the neighboring communities
- Val-du-Mignon with Priaires in the north-west and Thorigny-sur-le-Mignon in the north,
- Plaine-d'Argenson to the east and northeast,
- Villeneuve-la-Comtesse in the southeast,
- Migré in the south,
- Saint-Félix in the southwest,
- Marsais in the northwest.
The A10 autoroute runs through the municipality .
