Saint-Ouen-la-THENE (until 2013: Saint-Ouen ) is a French municipality with 114 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Charente-Maritime in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the arrondissement Saint-Jean-d'Angély and is part of the canton Matha . The inhabitants are called Audoniens .

Saint-Ouen-la-Thène is located about 75 kilometers east-southeast of La Rochelle in the Saintonge . Saint-Ouen-la-Thène is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beauvais-sur-Matha in the north and north-west, Bresdon in the south and east and Siecq in the west and south-west.
