The inhabitants are called Saint-Martiniers .

Saint-Martin-de-Juillers is surrounded by the neighboring communities Cherbonnières in the north, Gibourne in the south and east, La Brousse in the south and south-west and Saint-Pierre-de-Juillers in the west.
