Saint-Georges-de-Longuepierre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Dampierre-sur-Boutonne in the north, Aulnay in the east, Nuaillé-sur-Boutonne in the south, Saint-Pierre-de-l'Isle in the south-west and Blanzay-sur-Boutonne in the West.
